Dear Power of One Partners:

We cannot thank you enough for all your support and assistance. Because of all the corporations, businesses, organizations, and individuals who have come along side us, Power of One Foundation has provided food assistance through our EFA (Emergency Food Assistance) Program to 163,440 individuals in Orange County, CA in the last EIGHT weeks!!

Due to repercussions of Covid-19 and manufacturing plant closures, food banks around the country are struggling to stay stocked. POOF will be taking a short  hiatus from our EFA distribution at MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana, CA to give the OC Food Bank time to restock its inventory. We will be operating again at MainPlace by the last week of May or the first week of June.

In the interim, we will continue assisting smaller EFA distributions around Orange County as well as producing EFA distributions in Los Angeles and San Diego. If you are interested in supporting our efforts in either of those cities, please contact us directly.

We know the need for food assistance in Santa Ana and surrounding communities has not subsided and we are eager to get back to helping there. Power of One Foundation will continue to stay on the frontlines of this global crisis to provide direct assistance to affected members of our community to ensure families and children are not going without in this sobering time. POOF is dedicated to helping fill pantries and fridges to assist during this great time of need.

POOF’s Emergency Diaper Assistance (EDA) Program will continue on Wednesdays at MainPlace Mall as a drive-through distribution from 7am-11am. In the past four weeks we have provided for 4,966 kiddos. Diapers are a basic resource that no child should go without.

As we continue EFA distributions in other areas of OC, and branch out into LA and SD, we are still in need of your support!

OUR ASK: If you wish to directly support us, all you need to do is visit You can also mail a check to 1100 W. Town & Country Rd. Ste. 1250 Orange, CA 92868.  Help us serve our communities in and around Orange County. We are so grateful for those supporting us daily!

We are in great need of financial donations to obtain supplies such as boxes, bags, packing tape & tape guns, PPE, tables, chairs, canopies, and thermal blankets, as well as pallet jacks, a tow truck (for forklift transportation), forklifts, transportation trucks, and refrigerated trucks to be able to distribute our EFA & EDA Kits more safely and quickly at our drive-through distributions in Orange County, CA. We also welcome in-kind donations that align with our needs. Please email with any donation questions.
